11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the United Kingdom.

11.2 If any part of these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

12. Credit Purchase

12.1 Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to acquire only the amount of credits necessary for the number of tickets required for the competitions they wish to enter.

12.2 Non-refundability: Credits purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances.

13. Cash Winnings

13.1 Addition to Balance: Upon winning a cash prize, the amount will be automatically added to the winner's balance within the platform.

13.2 Withdrawal Option:

  • Notification: The option to withdraw winnings will be clearly highlighted in the "Tickets Purchased" section of the user's account.
  • Withdrawal Request: Users may request to withdraw the value of the prize they have won.
  • Balance Requirement: It is the user's responsibility to maintain sufficient credit in their account to cover the full amount of the prize before requesting a withdrawal.

13.3 Example of Withdrawal Process:

  • Scenario: If a user has a credit balance of £5 and wins £100, their account balance would show £105.
  • Withdrawal: Upon requesting withdrawal, £100 would be deducted from the account balance, and the funds would be transferred to the user's bank account.
  • Insufficient Balance: If the user spends £10 on tickets before requesting withdrawal, reducing their balance to £95, withdrawal of the full £100 would not be possible.
  • Consequences: The remaining balance can only be used to purchase tickets. To withdraw the full prize, additional credit must be purchased to bring the balance back to £100 or more.

13.4 Use of Credit Wins:

  • Non-convertible: Credit wins cannot be converted into cash or used to top up the balance for cash withdrawal purposes. They are exclusively for purchasing additional tickets.
